3. Procurement & Supply Chain Management

🔹 Sourcing best-in-class solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and accessories, partnering with trusted manufacturers to ensure quality, durability, and performance.Ensuring timely procurement and logistics to prevent project delays.

4. Construction & Installation

🔹 Executing civil, electrical, and mechanical works with precision and Installing solar panels, inverters, transformers, and cabling as per industry standards.
🔹 Ensuring safety compliance, structural integrity, and weatherproofing.

5. Testing & Commissioning

🔹Conducting pre-commissioning tests to verify system performance and efficiency follwed by Grid synchronization and net metering integration (if applicable). Ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and utility approvals.
