• Solar Panel Cleaning Service – Terms & Conditions

1. Service Duration

   • The mentioned charges are applicable for up to 1 hour of cleaning service.

   • Additional time, if required due to site conditions, will be charged extra with prior approval.

2. Panel Count Slabs

   • 1–10 panels: ₹1200 (1 hour)

   • 11–20 panels: ₹2000 (1 hour)

   • For more than 20 panels, pricing will be decided after site assessment.

3. Water & Electricity

   • Customer must provide water and electricity at the site.

   • If not available, additional charges may apply or the service may be rescheduled.

4. Access & Safety

   • Proper and safe access to the solar panels (terrace/roof) must be provided.

   • The company will not be responsible for delays or non-completion due to unsafe access conditions.

5. Cleaning Method

   • Cleaning will be done using soft brushes / appropriate tools to avoid damage.

   • No harsh chemicals will be used unless specifically agreed.

6. Damage Disclaimer

   • The service provider is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose wiring, cracked glass, or weak mounting structures.

   • Any damage noticed before cleaning will be informed to the customer.

7. Weather Conditions

   • Service may be postponed in case of rain, high wind, or unsafe weather conditions.

8. Payment Terms

   • 50% advance and 50% after service completion

   • Full payment to be made immediately after service completion.

   • GST (if applicable) will be charged extra.

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

   • Cancellations or rescheduling should be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

   • Last-minute cancellations may attract a visit charge.

10. Service Coverage

    • Prices are applicable within city limits.

    • Extra travel charges may apply for outstation locations.

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) – Terms

AMC includes periodic solar panel cleaning & basic system check

Cleaning frequency as per AMC plan (quarterly/half-yearly / yearly)
Water & electricity to be provided by customer
Does not include repairs, replacement parts, or inverter faults
Any additional work will be charged separately
 AMC validity is 12 months from start date
AMC amount to be paid in advance
